Introducing the New User Roles:
- Admin (Newly Added) – The admin role provides full access to the Reloadly dashboard and all its features. Admins can create and modify user roles for the account owner (master account holder) or the account that was used to register on Reloadly’s platform.
- Support (Newly Added) – This role provides your support team with access only to the reporting part related to NOC. This new role ensures that support team members can access only the necessary data while keeping sensitive information secure.
Existing User Roles:
